This is what happened in the Emergency Room of General Emilio Aguinaldo Memorial Hospital, which is located in Trece Martires City, Cavite.

An old man who is claimed to be in a very bad condition was rushed to that hospital. The man was continuously vomiting blood, which is very dangerous. He was given an OS for the blood, but the nurses were just sitting there and left the man.
